I recently had an excellent experience with HairCenters at 995 Montague Express way in Milpitas. I had a FUE procedure done and am very happy with the level of professionalism of the staff there. The procedure took all day to complete and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Nobody seemed rushed to get done so they could leave and the team all worked together cohesively and cooperatively to accomplish the best result for me. Dr. Vincent Le was very courteous and had obviously done many of these procedures before. The staff gave me a great post-procedure packet with easy-to-understand instructions that included all of the required medications, ointments, bandages, etc. This was super helpful because it saved me a trip to the pharmacy to fill the prescriptions and track down the various items I would need.

After a head-on car crash, my hair went into shock and eventually fell out in different spots. Then, I also went into shock, so to speak. Dr. Le came to my attention through Dr.Elliott. He evaluates the individual patient’s needs, listens to their goals; then provides what’s needed. There are no add-ons that other practices may strive to sell every patient that comes into the center, need or not. One more thing that makes Dr. Le stand out: He’s a compassionate communicator as well as a skilled provider. He’s genuinely interested in how you feel; and sees that the goals are being accomplished together. Did I also mention that his staff is an extension of this skilled, wholistic approach? Each day, when I’m brushing my hair or looking into the mirror at a full-head of hair, I feel grateful to have picked Dr. Le and Haircenters.

I’ve had two ARTAS procedures performed by Dr. Vincent Le in recent years, and the results have been striking. My hair looks so much better than it used to, and people are shocked when I show them ‘before’ pictures. It’s some of the best money I’ve ever spent on myself – second only to LASIK maybe. The procedures aren’t cheap, but they’re worth it!

Dr Elliot is an experienced OG in the field and my first procedure was manual. Great experience. My next was May 18, 2020 with Dr Le and was done by robotic. I can’t express how great the experience was . No pain, very relaxing actually ( I fell asleep a few times). It is a long procedure but the day goes by smoothly . His staff is top notch and they work together as if an experienced ER team. The robotic procedure is very cool and it is very efficient . I am definitely going to be doing another procedure in about 10 months. The facility is very new , extremely hygienic , and modern. Easy access right off 680. Oh and a nice lunch is provided. Dr. Le & his professional staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my hair transplant procedures before and after in preparation for this intra-operative surgery. Medications were given to me with very clear instructions before and after the procedure with Dr. Le’s office contacts. Post-procedure, prescribed medications were expeditiously and electronically sent to my local pharmacy within the same day for pickups from Dr. Le’s office. All communications are welcome conveniently via Zoom and telephones in case I need Dr. Le’s help and support, and follow-ups after the procedure. I had 2 hair transplant procedures with Dr. Le, and both experiences were pleasant, comfortable and helpful from Dr. Le and his very friendly, professional staffs.

I was struggling with years of hair loss. I saw many dermatologists and got many PRP treatments but I was not happy with the results. I did a lot of research about hair transplants but most transplants were done by males. I am a female and I was hesitant to see a Hair Transplant doctor. One day I saw my brother and he told me that he had it done by Dr. Le. I was impressed by how nice his hair looked. I decided to contact Dr. Le. I had wanted to do it for so long. A few months later I finally got a hair transplant done by Dr. Lee. This is the best decision I ever made. My friends, families, and hairdresser compliment my hair and how full it is compared to a year ago.
