Upon meeting her I was impressed by her promptness, ability to listen to exactly what I was wanting to accomplish with the color service. My service was a little unique as I was wanting to color a Hair Topper piece that I had purchased. I showed her some examples of what I wanted and Serene worked her magic and created EXACTLY what I was looking for! She did a hot oil treatment and then a very thorough cleaning of my scalp with a nice head massage, deep conditioning and steaming to ensure my natural hair still had nice curls.
