Critical: ProfessionalismI came to see the hairdresser the day before and she gave me a quote of $175 for hair Botox and coloring. The day of service when I had to pay it went up to $288. She claimed she didn’t realize I had that much hair when I came in for the quote. Which I don’t! I came to see the hairdresser the day before and she gave me a quote of $175 for hair Botox and coloring. The day of service when I had to pay it went up to $288. She claimed she didn’t realize I had that much hair when I came in for the quote. Which I don’t! Her name was Sailly and I hate the new color she put on me plus I was ripped off!

I came to get part of my hair bleached and it came out extremely yellow. Even had different colors in it. The reviews are clearly written by your close friends. I am completely aware that it was your exact salon and you know exactly who I am. I had 2 ladies working on my hair that day. I attached another picture showing more of my face and the picture also shows a bit of the background of one of the places surrounding your salon. The roots in picture aren’t 2 months old, those are pictures taken right when i left the salon. I find it quite embarrassing that you lied in the reply. Professionals?-another edit:Just attached another photo showing where i paid. You guys clearly can’t do hair and have no experience AT ALL. The least you can do is be honest and own up to it but you feel the need to lie for your “reputation.” One of the ladies working on my hair continuously called the other lady asking her what to put in my hair. My hair isn’t your place to take lessons or to practice on. Any professional hair salon would apologize but you continued to deny everything. Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair cut here, l wanted it short in the back and getting longer in the front it is so uneven and looks like a little kid cut it , my sister also came here to die a bit of her hair blonde it came out looking yellow, orange and blue they have no clue of what there doing.
