I started seeing Kaila last year, I needed to find a hairstylist that aligned with my values. Not only are her services top quality, she goes above and beyond for her clients. I recently had a scalp treatment and it was just decadent. My hair and scalp still feel refreshed and healthy. She sent home a little bag of goodies including a mini follow up treatment. Her salon is roughly 2 hours from my home, but last year I made the leap and scheduled with her. She was beyond helpful prior to my first appointment. She gathered a history and truly listened to my hair concerns. Fast forward to my first appointment, she spent time learning more about my hair, history, and providing education on hair care.I have had several visits to Kaila’s salon now, and I have never left disappointed. She keeps my hair healthy and beautiful. Her skills, knowledge, and professionalism are outstanding. Her salon is absolutely adorable and feels welcoming. She is mindful of your needs / wants during an appointment and checks in with you often during the process. She takes her time, does not try and manage multiple clients during an appointment, and she is upfront about her ability (and your hairs ability!) to meet expectations.I happily drive the 4 hours on the day of my appointment because her service is truly worth it. I found Kaila on Instagram and fell in love with her work. Her salon is roughly 2 hours from my home, but last year I made the leap and scheduled with her. She was beyond helpful prior to my first appointment. She gathered a history and truly listened to my hair concerns. Music choice is amazing. It’s a nice relaxed place. We’ve never felt rushed for the next customer. She brakes her time to make sure you come back and you are happy with your hair. I cannot recommend her enough.
