I don’t know what took place in the review above. I do know there are 2 sides to every story and people’s perceptions can sometimes be way off. What I do know is the owner of this shop, Merry, is an extremely kind, Christian, hard working business owner. In the 4 years I have been a customer I have seen her be nothing but professional and caring to everyone. I hate the person in the first review felt the way she did, there just has to be more to the story. I would and do recommend the shop to anyone!

My teenage daughter had a scheduled appointment for today, April 14, 2022 at 4:15 pm for a haircut with Staley. At 4:05, I received a call that she was running 20 minutes behind schedule. I said that’s fine. We waited in the car for the additional 20 minutes. When we entered the salon we were not acknowledged. After waiting 6 minutes my daughter asked a young lady if Staley was available. The young lady walked to the back and said Staley will be with you in a few minutes. At 5:10 pm almost 1 hour pass her appointment time, we left. At no point did the stylist come to the front or offer any additional information regarding wait times.
