After my recent hair color/highlight, I felt I had to finally leave a review because I have given this hair salon enough chances. Most times that I have done haircut, color, highlights & other services, I have come home unsatisfied because either the haircut was done very choppy & not layered properly, the color was off from what I had asked, the highlights were uneven & not covered fully, there was so much color still left in my hairline/behind or inside my ears or all the above. I have changed hairdresser few times to maybe get a better service with the next one but the same things happen regardless of the hairdresser. After the pandemic especially, maybe to make up for lost times, the hairdresser on any given day has few others she is working on simultaneously and rushing through one to the other which is one of the reasons the end result came out unsatisfactory. That at least has been my experience time and time again. I just have to start looking for other options especially with the high prices they charge that usually doesn’t match the service and the whole experience at this salon.

Excellent staff, great location, excellent rates with the best and most responsive customer service in the area. I have been going there for years bewteen haircuts and dye appointments and they always can have you in the seat 24hrs max from date of inquiry. Go here for your hair needs, they’ll take great care of you. Plus, deli next door is great to go after appointment to get a sandwich.
