Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySelena (sp?) is wonderful!!! It was my first time there and I was very happy. She is very meticulous and checked multiple times to make sure my hair was even and gave me a great cut. A lot of hair places are a bit rushed but she really took time to make sure my layers were symmetrical and that everything was just the way I wanted. Selena (sp?) is wonderful!!! It was my first time there and I was very happy. She is very meticulous and checked multiple times to make sure my hair was even and gave me a great cut. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHorrible, mismanaged, and out right fraudulent business practices! Went to ask for a touch up on my highlights… come out of the salon with an EXTRA color plus highlights! Overpricessed and frankly horrified with the results. I immediately came this morning and the hairdresser refuses to resolve it. BEWARE!! The owner was the one who talked to me THEN her assistant (who does not speak English) did the actual work. Then if that was bad enough.. she OVER CHARGED ME CARD!!! Illegal and wrong. However the owner didn’t care, just wanted the money… didn’t even try to fix it!
