Took my grand to get a blow out and it only cost $60 and that included the trim. It took 3 hours but it looked amazing! I really felt, she more than gave $60 of service. Very nice, comforting stylist too!

I had my first appointment with Jamie for a silk press. The person at the front desk was very nice. Jamie was nice and did my hair exactly the way I like. She let me know what she was doing the whole time. I’ll definitely be returning.

I am truly unhappy with Roz service! I ordered a wig through Mayveen and selected Roz to customize it. If you take a look at the pictures attached she only did 25% of the job and she didn’t even do that right. She didn’t bleach the whole wig on the front and an inch of the hair in the front is all blonde, the wig was not tented, lace was not cut, and no hairline customization. And to top it all off I never saw her during this whole process and she didn’t even inform the receptionist that I would be coming in Saturday, I will say the the front receptionist was very nice she called Roz and asked her to talk to me Roz said I told Mayveen to tell you to drop off your wig. I now know that that is not what was supposed to happen after complaining to Mayveen.
