I went for a wash cut and style last year and got exactly what I didn’t ask for. Just had surgery so I couldn’t do it myself. I left with not even an inch cut off, my hair not washed and a really bad French braid, and was told it was going to be 28 dollars and was charged 38. I went directly from there to another salon just up the road where they did me right.
