I am a client of Jacqui’s she respects my input as to how I like my hair colored and styled. I love the atmosphere in the Salon and all positive energy! Always a smile to greet you when you enter the building. The staff really stepped up while we were all stunned by the Pandemic. They had a drive through for products what a great way to keep the clients happy! They went above and beyond with extended hoursto accommodate the client base! I have been going to Hair Extreme for over 12 years. What an amazing group of Hair Stylists! I am a client of Jacqui’s she respects my input as to how I like my hair colored and styled. I love the atmosphere in the Salon and all positive energy! Always a smile to greet you when you enter the building. The staff really stepped up while we were all stunned by the Pandemic. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been a customer of Kelly’s for many years and always come away completed satisfied with my haircut. With the onset of the pandemic and closure, the salon made sure that customers were updated on when they would be reopening. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when, on the same day the Governor announced the reopening, I got a call from Kelly to make an appointment! This was followed by an email with a detailed list of instructions to follow upon arrival at the salon. On the day, I had no wait, and was in and out in record time, since I have short hair that no longer needs to be colored (YAY!). The salon team has done an excellent job of making sure all safety measures are in place. The atmosphere is just like it was before – like a family – except we are all wearing masks.
