I am horrible about planning ahead for a haircut, and to top that off, I also have a very busy schedule and need to get an appointment at the last second. (I am the definition of a difficult client.) With that being the case, they still do their best to fit me in. Although they can’t work around my ALL the time, they still put in the extra effort to fit me in the best they can. I am surely not an big money maker for them but I never feel like that with the way they treat me, which goes a long way with me. I would highly recommend Hair Works to any one.
