Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value*****Rating. I had my first Curly Girl cut and style last night. What an experience my only regret it that I waited 40+ years to give my curls the love they deserve. I was very nervous as I was not for sure what to expect and I know the normal hair cuts I have had. When I arrived Susan Graham was nothing but very kind, very professional, enthusiastic and loves what she does with the Deva Curl products the Curly Girl method. She was very patient and wow she is an amazing teacher. She took the time to listen, to show me each step through out the process. Susan made sure I understand what I needed to do and why it was important. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable through out the whole process. She explained how my past hair cuts did not do me any favors or my poor curls. Susan also colored my hair. I am not one for change and I let her do her magic as she is the expert, and my color came out beautifully. Susan truly is an expert and artist at her job. She is a phenomenal teacher. *****Rating. I had my first Curly Girl cut and style last night. What an experience my only regret it that I waited 40+ years to give my curls the love they deserve. I was very nervous as I was not for sure what to expect and I know the normal hair cuts I have had. When I arrived Susan Graham was nothing but very kind, very professional, enthusiastic and loves what she does with the Deva Curl products the Curly Girl method. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityNormally for a haircut I just go to a local Barber for a trim but thought I would try a new place and randomly called Hair Works -Stylist in Berrien Springs and spoke with a lady named “KC” who was able to squeeze me in her schedule at the end of the day (thanks)…… Best haircut I’ve got in a long time, but more importantly KC was very welcoming and made a new first time experience at a new place very comfortable which made for a pleasant experience. I will start coming here for my haircuts going forward. Normally for a haircut I just go to a local Barber for a trim but thought I would try a new place and randomly called Hair Works -Stylist in Berrien Springs and spoke with a lady named “KC” who was able to squeeze me in her schedule at the end of the day (thanks)…… Best haircut I’ve got in a long time, but more importantly KC was very welcoming and made a new first time experience at a new place very comfortable which made for a pleasant experience. I will start coming here for my haircuts going forward. Very nice place and KC was great.

If you are a curly girl or think you may have some curl-action going, PLEASE go see Susan NOW!!! She was amazing and is the only curly-certified person in Berrien County. Okay, listen up… my hair has gotten slightly curly in the last year and I was completely clueless how to style it to bring out the natural curl. If you are a curly girl or think you may have some curl-action going, PLEASE go see Susan NOW!!! She was amazing and is the only curly-certified person in Berrien County.
