Janice gave me my dream hair color and cut! After some fool of a stylist guy in Blk. Mtn. gave me the lamest haircut in my life, then scheduled for a color and didn’t call me to let me know he’d closed his shop the day he’d scheduled me for, I’d had it. Serendipity brought me to Janice. She heard exactly what I wanted, to highlight my deep chrome grey hair with bright silver and give me a layered cut that would get rid of the last vestiges of my “blonde”. I feel more confident than I have in a long while and I look youthful again! I thoroughly enjoyed her personality too! It was like catching up with an old friend. She is truly skilled, listens and knows how to get you to what you want. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Janice!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude, abrasive, and not welcoming to new clients. Ruined a special mommy-daughter day that I had planned. I called and said that I needed an appointment for my daughter and I. She was obviously annoyed and in a hurry to get me off the phone. I should’ve known then. She said how about tomorrow at such and such time. I said fine and that was that. I thought it was a little odd that she didn’t ask what services we wanted but I thought she was the professional and knew what she was doing. When we arrived, she wanted to have us sit one at a time. The idea was to get our hair done at the same time. I told her what we wanted, (purple tips) and she said that there was not enough time for that. We were only slotted for 30 minutes and that I said I only wanted haircuts. No, I never said that and was never asked what we were having done when I made the appointment. She said all this in a rude, demeaning, dismissive and unapologetic manner, blaming me for the whole miscommunication. She even yelled at me when we were walking out the door that I should’ve said something because it takes a long time. Poor customer service. Maybe you all should ask the questions you are supposed to ask when the appointment is being made to make sure you have enough time for your customers and not rush through everything. I will take my business where it is wanted, which is obviously not this poor excuse for a “salon”.

First time visiting this business. Did not seem to appreciate a walk in. Told me twice that they do take walk-ins but she was the only stylist there at the time. She then followed that up with, “Ok? Thank you.” I was willing to sit and wait my turn, but instead, a potential new customer just walked out the door.
