I loved it! I was looking for a new salon to do a completely new cut I was looking for, and as much as it was out of my comfort zone, Janice really made it work! They’re all super down to earth and do what’s best for their clients (not to mention much more affordable than the previous salons I’ve been to). I’ll definitely be going back for when I need touch ups. Tysm girls!

Don’t make an online appointment request. I made one that has been “pending” since I made it. Nobody contacted me at all to confirm the appointment will or won’t happen. Poor customer service. I had high hopes based on the reviews but am literally 25 minutes prior to my appointment with it still saying pending….if the appointment wasn’t available a quick call or email would have been appreciated so I could make other arrangements.
