Not very pleased with my service. I came with a Groupon for cut and color and felt that Claudia rushed through my service because I had a Groupon. I had every intention of coming back if the service was good. I asked the stylist to take some bulk out of the back of my hair and she didn’t do it. It feels like I didn’t get a hair cut. She didn’t even asked me how I wanted to style my hair and just blow dried it under–which is exactly what I hate! Also felt uncomfortable the entire time–stylist was not friendly at all, again I think it’s because of the Groupon. I mean why sell it if you’re going to shame customers who use it? Not being a petty person, I still tipped Claudia but it was a good bye tip! I made a follow up appointment at the salon to give this salon another chance, but when I came home and really assessed my hair, I decided not to risk another disappointing service and cancelled my appointment.

I love this salon! All the girls are amazing, they know you even if you’re not their client. I love Sam shes so wonderful and amazing. She takes time to get to know her clients and remembers everything about your hair and what you said lasttime. She loves making relationships with her clients, and can read them to make sure they absolutely love their hair.

My wife booked an express “keratin” treatment here. Her hair was 100% back to natural curls in under 48 hrs. We understand that some products may not work so we contacted the salon and they REFUSED to give us a refund or offer another straightening product. They would only give us a gift card or the same non-effective treatment. The owner hung up on us when we demanded better service. They don’t appreciate their customers and I would avoid this salon at all costs.

Booked my appointment through Groupon which my husband talked me into. Tried this salon and the girl wasn’t even willing to touch my hair because of the previous color. No help to me booking my appointment on a Friday. Had a 5 star dinner planned with my husband and a weekend out now ruined because no one else is available on such short notice. Thanks
