I have been to the same person my entire life to do my hair and she moved further away, so I had heard great things about hairway to heaven and I figured I would give it a try! So glad I did! Kayla colored and cut and styled my hair, and I’m loving it! Rob was very friendly and attentive, and I could tell he genuinely wanted my experience there to be great! Awesome atmosphere for people who love to rock out and just relax while being pampered! Definitely will be back!!!

Just had my third cut from Rob and now consider him my permanent stylist. While his salon is a bit unconventional, I have learned that a fancy salon does not guarantee a good haircut-just a higher price. Hair cutting is an art and Rob is a master. His hours are quite accommodating for any schedule. I highly recommend his work!

I am very pleased with my color and cut. Rob does 1:1 time so that you are not sandwiched in between others. I decided to purchase a hair product and couldn’t decide between a gel or a shampoo kit. He told me ” honestly I’d rather you use a good shampoo and conditioner over the gel.” The gel cost more than the shampoo/conditioner set so it wasn’t about the money he could make. Additionally, he steered me to the smaller bottles stating it was because my hair is short. I can also bring my bottles back and get them refilled for no additional cost out of pocket!

I have never rated any business with one star, judging by the reviews they seem pretty good. My rating is derived from contacting this establishment twice to set an appointment, and no one ever returning my requests via a phone call, text or email. I can only assume that their business is doing so well that they don’t have time to respond.
