Been going here for years. Always great! But now, they seem to have gone out of business. Nobody ever answers the phone, or calls back. I tried for 2-weeks to reach Sam or anybody at the salon, but to no avail. Nobody is calling back. I finally had to go to a different salon (Passion Hair Salon). They answer the phone and get you scheduled in quickly. I’ve change my 5 stars to 2. I left one star in place because I really loved going to Hair Waves, but wow, what is up with the bad service?
