Her shears were so dull and her sections were so big that the hair was bending around the shears instead of being cut. She was brand new, so nervous her hands were shaking. I saw Kelsey at Hair Wave a few days ago for a full highlight. After making an appointment she and I discussed how to best lighten up my hair to give me a new look. I showed her an inspiration photo and she knew exactly what to do. With meticulous care and excellent attention to detail Kelsey foiled and processed my long hair into exactly what I wanted.
