I went into the salon asking for a wash, 2 inch trim and layers, and a blow out. I walked out with hair 4-6 inches shorter than when I walked in. They also were not pre stocked with shampoo or conditioner for the bowl wash. To say the least I am livid and not happy about the work done or losing years of growth off of my hair. Haircut

This is a great place to get a quick style and it is family owned. Brian And Cindy always know what to do. I always feel taken care of. The Price point is unbeatable. I had a perm on my hair done In downtown Houston and the place destroyed my hair… the salon left the solution on way too long and fried it. Hair Volution has known what to do with conditioning treatments… etc to get my hair back on track. So thankful ! A+

Horrible place and experience. When I asked the woman to cut my sons hair shorter than she had she was very upset and kept complaining and then saying things in chinese for several minutes and in the end she cut a hole in his hair such that his scalp is now showing from that portion, and on top she dares to lie and says to us he has a bald spot (see picture below) – which is an absolute lie because he never had that spot. Uncourteous, rude women who will start talking in chinese in front of you if they dont agree with you and laugh as if they are mocking the customer. Never going back ever again. they ruined my husbands haircut as well. i would not give them this 1 star even but had to select something to post this review. Please take your kids somewhere safer, this is a dangerous place where they can do this to your kid. I read another review below stating a similar experience

I went to Ulta and the guy said not possible and would charge me 400…Visible image 250 depending on “expertise” JCP said 300 max…and suoercuts 220…i got a great charge and di my eyebrows! Both ladies are very nice, talkitive, and make what you want happen! Im taking my boys and husband for thier hair cuts! I highly recommend them for thier services, professionalism, quality, and prices!
