Cece did my make up (and my bridal party’s make up) for my wedding. She was so funny, it helped ease the pre-wedding jitters. She really listened to want I wanted and helped me feel comfortable with make-up and lashes (I normally wear no make-up so I was really worried about looking “fake”.) Cece is my “go to” when I want to feel and look AMAZING- she’s is a artist and if you have an idea great! she can totally get it done, but I’ve learned that if I let her go & have fun with me, I love love LOVE how I look! I have gone to Cece for YEARS off and on (depending on what I’m doing with my hair at that point in my life) and have had everything from undercuts with beautiful pink and silver hair to extensions & full makeup done for Christmas parties and events.
