Charlise Curtis is amazingly gifted! She did what no one else was able to do! Sylvia Melvin displayed excellent customer service skills. I went in for hair color and a trim. I got everything except the color. She made a suggestion about some of the gray hair (which I was trying to get rid of). Many women are trying these days to get a few streaks of gray and other colors which is the trend according to Sylvia. So I decided to see if I could embrace my gray for at least a month or two. Change is good at times. She did say lovingly that if I couldn’t embrace it she would be more than happy to color my hair. She left the choice up to me with no pressure and that I really appreciated. Sylvia wants to make her clients feel good about themselves and I did for sure. If you want an awesome hair dresser that definitely keeps up with different trends Sylvia Melvin is the woman to see. Also, she does take time to discuss what you desire and want. She has a beautiful soul and I know you will enjoy going there. I so much enjoyed going under the steamer. I really needed that and the conditioning she did on my hair was outstanding.

I had an appointment at 12. Sat there for 45 mins without any acknowledgment. I let my stylist know I was leaving and promptly found someone to do my hair. I would recommend you not book clients back to back if you do not intend on keeping that clients appointment. I will not be returning.
