Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTonight was my initial consultation with Lydia set for 7pm, she understood what I wanted immediately. I chose her to correct a hairdresser’s cut that was not right or understand my style, Lydia corrected my style and cut. I will continue to see her. Thank you Lydia !

Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner Lydia was horrible. my appointment was scheduled 2 weeks ago for today . I get a text from Lydia 20 minutes before my appointment that she is running 15 minutes late. I get there at 230 she says she needs an additional 15 minutes… i ended up waiting and additional 30 minutes and asked if we should reschedule. She said it’s up to you but I have nothing available for 3 weeks . She did nothing to accommodate me for waiting and extra 1 for nothing . And there was another person waiting also . The owner Lydia was horrible. my appointment was scheduled 2 weeks ago for today . I get a text from Lydia 20 minutes before my appointment that she is running 15 minutes late. I get there at 230 she says she needs an additional 15 minutes… i ended up waiting and additional 30 minutes and asked if we should reschedule.
