My daughter came in asking for a haircut that involved the combining of two different styles. She wanted something really outlandish and probably designed to torture her father. The stylists were very nice and explained how that particular style would never work with her type of hair and it would be impossible to combine the two styles. Miraculously they gave her a cut that both she and I loved. And the price was very reasonable! Great experience.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was denied service today due to a medical condition I suffer from, and have no control over. To top that I was then told it was “illegal” for me to speak with the owner. I took time off of work to finally get a hair cut after waiting months, mentioned this issue when I made the appointment and was met with a bunch of petulant children that blatantly refused me service solely due to the medical condition I suffer from. It’s disgusting to be discriminated against like this and I will never do business with people that would deny anyone service solely based on a characteristic inherent to them from birth. You should all be ashamed. If I could give this Salon a negative review I definitely would based on the levels of experience. The stylists that work here are personable and welcoming. And yet I had called to get an appt and was very specific as to what I needed and wanted done to my hair. I spent 8.5 hours in a chair for two different sittings and did not end up with the hair style or color that I requested. I asked for the highest level colorist that they had because of the dramatic frosting and lowlights that are my hair. I was given a low level both times and the second had to try and fix what the first did wrong including recut my hair which is now half of what it was. And no where near the pictures that I showed her. I did tip both girls appreciating their efforts, however when I saw the owner today to discuss this I was told that it cost HER alot of money for the time I was sitting in the chair and that she called a former employee who had done my hair previously and stated that I was a diffcult customer. That was so unprofessional. She proceeded to inform me that her salon is more of a holistic salon going for the natural look. And that no one does my hair color that way anymore and if she had been there for the initial appt she would have advised that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. First of all had the stlylist said I can’t duplicate that I would’ve been fine with that and left. I showed pics and asked again can you get close, her response was sure sure. Now my hair being frosted white with very dark lowlights ended up BROWN with very little highlights. The correction sitting which took 5 hours ended up very dark and again with very little hightlights. I sat thru 3 Vinegar rinses to get the tinge off the ends of my highlights. Needless to say she told me to contact my former hairdresser as none of her stylists would be allowed to touch my hair. The initial appt was discounted 40 bucks and yet I still spent 115.00 for this short mess and will have to deal with it until I can have it stripped and start over. If you want something done to your hair other than the normal hum drum natural look, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I go to see Nicole. She helped me decide exactly what I like and gives me a great cut every time. All of the employees are very friendly and the salon has a relaxed and trendy atmosphere.

The atmosphere is unwelcoming. They seem to push high priced products. I drove out of my way to exchange a product that I was told was not anything like another formula of same product. They don’t have the one I want in stock, so instead of a refund, I now have to go back again. The expressed desire to make you happy and satisfied stops when you go back if there is a problem with hair and certainly product.
