Being a young female with a prominent forehead and thinning along the hairline following a brow-lift procedure, I was becoming increasingly self-conscious. I had heard about this type of hair transplant and after my consultation I felt extremely comfortable (and excited!) about having it done. They told me ahead of time what I was to expect but it was still a little nerve-wrecking as the results do not happen overnight. Each time I contacted Jose with questions or concerns, however, he assured me that everything I was experiencing (even the photos throughout the process) was completely normal. He was right. Within four months I was able to stop wearing a hair wrap. At five and a half months the grafts had grown out enough to seamlessly blend in with the rest of my hair and there was a natural-appearing, defined lower hairline. All of the thinned spots were filled in. I celebrated with a haircut as my shortened curls added even more volume to what the procedure had accomplished. My progress was a little quicker than what most individuals achieve but believe me when I say that however long it takes, it is worth it. I am incredibly grateful to the team at Hair Transplants of Florida and would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking to regain their confidence!

I set up my consultation with Jose at Hair Transplants of Florida and immediately could tell within the first five minutes of the meeting that he actually cared about what was going on with my hair loss. He carefully guided me through the options of a transplant and which one I would benefit more from. He and Dr. Botta’s wisdom towards hair loss and the steps to success for the future come second to none. We decided to wait on the procedure and Jose helped me get on finasteride and minoxidil to benefit my hair in the future. Hair Transplants of Florida is simply the best place you can go to if you need a hair transplant! I should know, I have had three. Unfortunately, the first two were with Ziering Medical, they are terrible and misrepresented my results where I was left with a huge scar and their aftercare was horrible. Hair Transplants of Florida was the complete opposite, they are simply fantastic. Jose, the owner of the company is always available when I call to discuss aftercare, and I mean always! Dr. Botta even fixed my old scar and did a fantastic job on my hair transplant, just superb! I wish I had met Dr. Botta first. Trust me on this, I make my money in the public eye and if you’re looking for the right place to go, this is it, period!

I live in Chicago area and I did extensive research and consulted with a couple of large local hair restoration clinics. I chose Hair Transplant of Florida over having the procedure done in Chicagoland based upon fair pricing and Jose and Dr. Botta taking the time to determine the best transplant option for me. Jose provides excellent service and explained in detail the preparation, day of transplant and what is necessary to have a successful recovery and outcome. Each member of Jose and Dr. Botta’s transplant team is not only extremely good at their jobs, but they made me feel extremely comfortable and their care reinforced that I made the right decision to have my transplant done by Hair Transplants of Florida. I am two weeks post transplant and look forward to a successful outcome, although so far Jose set proper expectations. Need an option for 6 stars!!!!! What an absolutely incredible experience I had with this clinic today. I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews (as we are all busy with our lives), let alone this long, unless they are VERY well merited. I chose this clinic above the others mainly due to the videos on HTOF’s website and how I could sense the staff were genuine, not just looking to sell you a product (with a car dealership mentality). Prior to coming to this clinic, I also read the reviews and sure enough I can confirm, what others have mentioned; the service I received was first class and from a great person, Jose! The clinic is spotless and its staff are really nice, I was even offered a bottle of water (details like this do make a difference to me). The consultation was absolutely free (as advertised), and I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. During my consultation, I was considered not a candidate for hair transplant surgery because I am not bald enough (he could have easily upsold me as I am not familiar with the procedure/process). There was complete transparency. Needless to say, after I was considered not a candidate for hair transplant surgery, the meeting did not feel rushed and Jose educated me on my hair and what was going on. My father is bald, so I know this procedure is inevitable and without a doubt I will chose this clinic. I 100% recommend it to my family and friends. You will see what we all mean, when you give it a shot.

I started my hair transplant journey in July 2017 with Bosley and by the 8th month, I knew it wouldn’t get better or live up to expectations. I was not satisfied with the results or the surgery so in March 2018, I made a phone call to Hair Transplants of Florida and spoke with Jose. He met with me the next day in Naples to go over what I wanted to have done on my second, and hopefully last, hair transplant. I was getting multiple estimates and consultations at the time but after the 30 minute session, I was sold on Jose and their practice. The pricing was very competitive as well and I wanted to use a clinic that didn’t have a “conveyor belt, factory” system where five or more transplants would be done in a day; at Hair Transplants of Florida, they only do one to two a day thus ensuring quality over quantity. I underwent the surgery a week ago today (on 5/4/18) and the entire process was great. The staff was wonderful and worked with me during the entire operation. Jose and Dr. Botta took better care of me than I had every imagined. Jose continues to stay in contact with me during my healing process. I would recommend anyone looking to get a hair transplant to go with Dr. Botta and Hair Transplants of Florida.

My experience with HTOF was excellent. Jose was a great and informative first contact. I did a lot of my own research, as anyone should, but Jose filled in a lot of the blanks for me and was extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and know I was in the right place. I had my FUE surgery in May 2018 and would definitely do it again. There are pros and cons to FUE vs FUT but i’m very happy with my decision. They made the surgery as comfortable as it could be with numbing and oral sedation meds. Fed me lunch. And Jose gave thorough post op instructions.. another place where his tips and experience helps a lot. The surgery day went by pretty quickly. My time and communication with the surgeon on my surgery day was brief and to the point (we did talk more on a pre-op phone call and that was really nice). The staff was very on the ball and efficient as well. They obviously had a lot of experience. I had imagined the surgeon being in the room more than he actually was on the procedure day, which was off-putting for a while after. But I know now this is because they are such an experienced and well oiled machine. My results are great and that’s how I know! Part of the commitment for great results is knowing your work isn’t over after surgery day. I take finasteride daily, use minoxidil, have a laser hat I purchased, shampoo, and biotin supplements. The surgery is absolutely the biggest part tho. I have a better hairline than I did in high school!! I did this at age 29. I wasn’t ready to give in to bald or awkward hair yet. The younger you are the easier it is to get coverage and reactivate those follicles. Don’t wait to look great till it’s too late! Thanks again HTOF!
