Rocio is very knowledgable, passionate, and a great communicator. She know’s exactly what she is doing and will guide you in the right step. I am in love with my cut + color. I will definitely be going back. I recommend anyone and everyone to Hair Touch Salon. It is such a great ambiance and every lady in there has a special touch from what I seen. I was looking for a cheap place that would trim my hair. I got a hair cut with Rocio and also ended up dying my hair. Rocio is very knowledgable, passionate, and a great communicator. She know’s exactly what she is doing and will guide you in the right step. I am in love with my cut + color. I will definitely be going back. I recommend anyone and everyone to Hair Touch Salon. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThere’s no shampooing before hair cutting. The hairstylist used spray bottle to wet my hair then cut. That’s fine. But when she finished cutting, my hairs are all wet and that’s it, I’m done. I was shocked. How can I see how my haircut looks like if she does not at least make it dry? I requested a simple bob hair cut with layer in the front. The cut came out very choppy. I’m dissatisfied. There’s no shampooing before hair cutting. The hairstylist used spray bottle to wet my hair then cut. That’s fine. But when she finished cutting, my hairs are all wet and that’s it, I’m done. Critical: ProfessionalismI came for a haircut at 5:30pm, the place closes at 6pm but on of the hairstylists was very rude and ask me what was it that I needed.( Not food for sure) I said a haircut and she reply with I am done with appointments so come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have add one star because I would like to review them with zero stars.Service: Haircut
