First of all I never had a problem I been going to this place for 4 years until I recently went to get a haircut .. I simply told this lady that I wanted a line up with my haircut and she said okay and I noticed she wasn’t experienced doing the line up with how it was coming out it was really bad I even wanted to just leave and second I told her not to shave me and she did anyways idk why some people can’t be honest and just say they can’t do that simple as that and I’ll just wait for another barber and not get the line up … so I had no choice but to cut all my hair off cuz there was no fixing to my hair sadly and one of the lady’s really tried to charge me 20$ right after they cut off all my hair but I didn’t.. i never had a bad experience with a haircut and I will never cut my hair with a random person here again

I read some of the other reviews and some of the negative reviews don’t make sense to me. I’ve never had a bad haircut and I’ve never had to make an appointment. The stylists are always polite and friendly. I’ve been using this establishment for a few years, and have rarely used anywhere else since I found them. Two thumbs way up for this shop.

Horrible place to cut hair, if I could put zero stars i would!! I went to cut my hair and explained to the main lady who works there, i thinks she was the owner, how i wanted it i just feel her cutting more than I requested. I got so angry i just told her to stop, I paid her even though she didnt deserve it and left!! Will never go back, this place is trash.

I made my appointment the day before at 9 o’clock am and I waited til she was done with another customer and she didn’t acknowledge me that I was waiting for my turn and another person comes and cuts in before me so I waited an addition 30 minutes til more people shown and since when hair cut’s were $22 for a trim and that’s without tip.

This is the place I go for haircuts, no other place. Apart from a fantastic job they do, they are always kind with customers which makes you feel good and welcomed. Hard working ladies. Come see for yourself.

Horrible service. It’s by appnt only and and the stylist children are running all around the place. They do 2 more things while cutting your hair; take care of their children and watch tv. So unprofessional. Highly NOT recommended
