A few months ago I traveled over an hour for a consultation for my wedding to meet with Leandra because of her impeccable talent with braiding. Though was extremely late for our consultation, I still believed she would be the right person to style my bridal party for my wedding. After meeting and giving a deposit, I was told I’d receive a contract within days. Days went by, then weeks, at this point I had continued to reach out asking for contract to explain details of the arrangement for my wedding. Her last message (a month after consult)said she’d said it the next morning. Which never happened. I’ve sent multiple requests to receive a refund for my deposit with no response. It’s unfortunate that when trying to support small businesses, that in turn you end up losing money and wasting time. My wedding was last week, and I have just received my refund. If you’re ok with poor customer service and lackluster professionalism then this is the place for you.

Critical: ProfessionalismI love this place and the people here don’t get me wrong but I’ve tried to get in contact with leandra through emails, calling the store, even the email that is on her Instagram link and I have had no response I tried to make an appointment like 3 times and they weren’t approved with no explanation.
