Charles is an absolute master at what he does and I’ve referred friends to HAIR and now my fiance won’t stop talking about how great his haircuts are with Charles. Everyone at HAIR including Kris is extremely professional and fantastic at what they do. I’ve been getting my haircuts with Katelyn and she is an absolute gem with hair and I’ve never left with a bad haircut. The best of the best hair services in Richmond, VA – don’t look further and book with Charles or Katelyn at HAIR. I’ve been a loyal customer since about 2012 and there’s never been a bad experience for me. Charles is an absolute master at what he does and I’ve referred friends to HAIR and now my fiance won’t stop talking about how great his haircuts are with Charles. Everyone at HAIR including Kris is extremely professional and fantastic at what they do. Critical: ProfessionalismI do not post here often at all but after this awful experience I want to share with you all in an effort to warn you of where you take your business. Hair The Salon is hands down the worst salon experience I have ever had. After leaving after what I thought to be a positive experience, I was reached out to by a close relative who informed me they received a very nasty call from the owner talking very poorly about me. While I was getting my hair done it was expressed that the salon members were reading my phone and my messages. Firstly that is incredibly invasive and unprofessional, as well as completely unacceptable but very concerning to have my privacy invaded to such an extent. It did not stop there. The girls were very quick to gossip over my personal messages and started spreading rumors quickly. As soon as I left the owner then made a very disgusting call to a relative saying horrible things about me and straight up gossiping over my personal business. I would never recommend such an unprofessional and unpleasant salon to anyone. I have no words to describe how hurtful this was. I went home sobbing in tears after hearing what happened after I thought what was a very pleasant experience. Beware of where you take your business as some may snoop into your personal life and then spread rumors and talk poorly of you. Hair The Salon is hands down the worst salon experience I have ever had. She took so much time with me to answer the million questions I had and carefully explain all the options I had. I booked and had them done two weeks later. She did an amazing job…and has given me self confidence and made me love my hair again! I am so glad I found her and Hair!
