Critical: ValueWas a loyal customer for almost 4 years. The stylist I had left and the new stylist I went with did a great job but the service is gone. I called twice with the promise to be called back to schedule an apt with no follow through. Over the course of 4 days and finally after the 3rd time calling to leave a message I informed Dawn it had been almost a week with no call back and she came across rude over the phone. I always thought very highly of this place and am very disappointed to see how quickly the service has changed. Was a loyal customer for almost 4 years. The stylist I had left and the new stylist I went with did a great job but the service is gone. I called twice with the promise to be called back to schedule an apt with no follow through. Critical: QualityWould give zero stars if i could. Whoever cut my hair friday needs more practice wish it wasnt on me. She ruined my hair. Its so uneven. The layers are terrible and look choppy. Wasnt close to what i asked for. I went short so now I’ll have to go shorter to have it fixed something i really dont want to do. Will have someone else fix it. Would give zero stars if i could. Whoever cut my hair friday needs more practice wish it wasnt on me. She ruined my hair. Its so uneven. The layers are terrible and look choppy.
