If I could give NO stars, I WOULD!! Someone I know got started locks with this lady and they were a hot mess! When the young lady I know called her back about 15 minutes after she was done and told her she wasn’t satisfied with them, the Hair Tamer’s lady agrees to a partial refund, only to keep putting it off and dodging calls, after she promised to Cash app, which never happened, then she claimed in the 4th day that she didn’t think the young lady deserved a partial refund. Who does that? It just shows Hair Tamer’s integrity and lack of trustworthiness. But she OBVIOUSLY doesn’t know, you can’t mess with God’s children! She will lose more than that partial refund in the long run.

Unprofessional and unethical to treat a paying customer like this. Very disappointing. I paid over 300 altogether and she refunded $125 and asked me to send the wig back.
