I came here because I saw all of the good reviews it got. But when I asked for what I wanted and show the lady, it was like she was judging me for what i wanted done to my hair. Anyways, she ended up doing it. And the end result was AWFUL. I cried for hours because it was so bad. So I demanded to get another appointment and her fix it for free. Even then she still charged me to fix it and after she did it I told her I wanted my entire head blonde. Just leave the roots. She got lazy with it and kept complaining. I left the salon with wet hair and HALF of my head brown and half blonde.
