I had a terrible experience at this salon. I wanted more of an updo than I could do myself for a wedding I had on a Sunday. I chose the salon because of the good reviews and the fact that it was open on Sunday. The woman who made my appointment on the phone quoted me for $93 for an updo for my pretty short hair. As soon as I walked in the salon, a woman (who was not my assigned hairdresser) told me they thought I wanted a curl and if I wanted a style for a wedding it would cost me more. More than what?! I told her what I was quoted for and she said ok, but we may not have time to do it. Again, she was not my actual stylist.

Don’t waste your time with this salon, because thats what they did with me, waste my time. I made an appointment several days in advance but they called me a few hours before my appointment to cancel. I was understanding and they said that they could reschedule for the next day while I was on my lunch, even though it’s difficult for me to come in during my work day, I agreed. So I come into the salon the next day for the rescheduled appointment and I take a seat to wait for my stylist to finish with their customer. 1 minute after I sit down I’m told that they need to cancel my appointment AGAIN. They didn’t even try to call me beforehand, I had to drive all the way there just for them to cancel my appointment again..Then they say that the stylist probably wouldn’t be available for another 30 mins to an hour, so I said I could try to come back then I guess..and then she said no to that too. Like what? Why did they even try to reschedule me? I could have had my hair done by now from another salon. They just wasted my time. So unprofessional.
