This was my first professional massage ever and I was in need of a deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the price I paid for a deep tissue massage was not worth the service. The 1-hour massage I received was more like an aromatherapy massage and I felt no different before or after the massage. No use of pressure points or anything, and no muscle relief in my problem areas described. Just a really basic, light pressure massage that did not meet my expectations. For a newbie that just wants the spa experience, this may be for you. But for someone with major muscle aches and in need of a true deep tissue massage, look elsewhere. The staff was very nice and welcoming, but the service did not equate to the price.

This place was the worst hair experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new stylist as mine has moved away. The person who cut my hair has ruined it. My hair is two different lengths, noticeably. The “layers” in my hair look like my two year old went crazy cutting chunks out of my hair. There are weird random pieces of hair that are way longer than the rest and it looks so bizarre.

I love this salon but i recently paid over 250 dollars to get platinum blond hair when my natural hair is light blond so i left super dissapointed because this is what i got. I even asked for a blond expert. They had worked there for 7 yrs so when u are a single mom and save months for this and leave with slightly blonder tips its enough to make u cry i got that done april 18th today is april27 less than 10 days. So im super bummed i feel like i wasted my money. Although my first time i went i got hathaway and i got a balyage and the blond she got then was way better but when ur so upset going back to ask for help fixing it can be scary because what if they give u a story about this or that and u leave 2

I am very disappointed with Hair Success. I went to get rid of my gray and my grays started showing back less than 7days, after paying alot to color and highlight them.. I got it done before I went on vacation so needless to say, frustrating. I called my stylists telling her I am frustrated and disappointed spending that much $$ for it to start showing so quickly. I told her I don’t understand I buy expensive shampoo, didn’t go swimming in a pool or lake, nothing. She said maybe hair growth, I said maybe it’s the brand or kind of color u use, she said not sure but she doesn’t want to be my stylists anymore. that she can’t make me happy and I was totally taken back I called because I was frustrated and asking her why this is happening. Keep in mind, I am using a 4 tier stylist so to have more experience and knowledge. I am so taken back she made ne feel like it’s my fault and I am a terrible client. I am sure she like all the big tips though. The sad part is I chose to go here because they are like elite, they are expensive but every one says it’s so worth it for the experience. I won’t go back and have told several my story. It’s just disappointing!!
