My appointment was for 5 pm. I arrived on time and there was 1person on duty. She was doing 2 people at once and they were all chatting loudly. Then, the hairdressers daughter came in and was showing off her purchases from a local store. I had been waiting for 20 minutes at this point. I asked the receptionist if there was another stylist on and she said no. I said that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for my 5 pm appointment. The stylist said it would be another 15 minutes. I went to the store next to them and returned in 15 minutes. I should have left because she scalped me! My hair is only 1/2 inch long now. BIG MISTAKE

Right when we walked in the girl with the rainbow colored hair was very rude and sarcastic talking to the other lady about us just standing there. Hello we can hear you when you talk. Maybe just great us like any normal business would do. We’ll never go there again.
