Hair studio is great. I’ve been there off and on for many years and had both their stylist Diane and Pam do my hair they’re both so excellent I would recommend either one of them to anyone. the other staff I don’t really know but from what I’ve seen when I’ve been in there they seem to be pretty great too. So if you’re looking for somewhere new but your nervous don’t be. They really listen to what you want and they’ll totally leave you happy

I love the hair studio II because of its very convenient location on Long neck road. The first time I had a haircut I wanted their stylist was in 1989 and I it’s 2019 and I just had my hair is there. I also like the fact that a few of the ladies that were there then are still there today. Their experienced and very talented. These ladies know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

Critical: QualityIf I could give them zero stars I would. I made an appointment online for Friday 6/5/2020 at 4:30pm with Michelle. It was accepted and confirmed. I was happy to finally get my haircut since it was way to long from the pandemic. I left work 2 hours early (I don’t get paid for that time off) and sat in Friday afternoon traffic in Millsboro needing 5 light changes to get over Rt 113.When I go there I was told by a very unapologetic woman that Michelle was out and wouldn’t be back until June15. I told her I got a confirmation on my appointment and her reply to me was the internet reservation is “funny”.She then proceeded to leaf through her appointment book, though I didn’t ask, and in a very condescending voice told me they were to busy.There are 6 people in my family looking for a new salon, this won’t be it.I appreciate your response. Michelle was only a small part of the issue, how I was treated when I arrived by the person who greeted me was the main issue. I will still not come back but do appreciate your apologizing, it shows you do care about your business.If I could give them zero stars I would. The people were very nice. I was disappointed how my hair turned out. I was a guinea pig with their new products. I wanted a basic color to match my roots and simple highlights my highlights turned out Orange they tried to tone it to get the orange out of it and it is still that orange color.
