Since when are they closed on Mondays? I ask this because I just arrived at the salon to find that their salon isn’t open on Mondays. The salon should update their Google business or whatever it is because it’s states that you are open (I made an edit on it already and took a picture). Why mislead a few folks on Monday’s hours?

Worst place ever !!!!!! Do not go here in a get your hair done. They burnt my scalp, And did nothing absolutely nothing that I asked for. I walked out of there with skin damaged due to the bleach from her putting it all over my neck and forehead. My ears were so inflamed from the chemicals. I went in there and asked for a touch up, and some highlights and walked out of there with platinum hair all over. Not to mention the lady that was supposed to do my hair never showed up which happened to be the owner. The whole time I was speaking Spanish only because she said she did not know English. As soon as I was very upset about my hair, she started speaking English. Do not go here at all!!!

I had been going to this salon for a few years now, before the owner got the new place off of Sheldon Rd and I never had a problem, I was always happy with the way Mayra cut my hair. For my birthday this past May I wanted to treat myself to a new style so I scheduled an appointment with Mayra. However, an unexpected emergency came up so I called and told Mayra I had to cancel my appointment and I was really sorry. She immediately got angry and started going off on a rant about how she didn’t charge for a deposit, she was loud and extremely unprofessional. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE!!!!!! I expect better customer service EVEN if I had to cancel an appointment, the LAST thing you should do as an owner is yell at a customer. This person doesn’t deserve my money!!!

The price is ridiculous for a mans cut I paid between $12, $15, $18 and even $20. I don’t understand why they don’t have a set price. Each time I go it’s different! This one older lady left my sons hair in bad shape. He asked for the man and he’s not there anymore. I also asked for the girl from Monterrey and she’s also not there anymore. The only one I like is the owner she’s more professional if you ask me. Her name is Mayra.
