Valentina has been doing my hair since. She’s so friendly and accommodating. She listens carefully and does exactly what I ask for. I’m delighted to have found a salon that is convenient ,spacious. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI tried this hair salon a few times recently. Services are okay but very overpriced considering what other salons in the area charge, even those that are known to be the high-end salons in the area. I spoke to the owner about the prices and initially he quoted me a lower price then called back and apparently changed his mind. He eventually agreed to credit me $30 but never did. He was rude and dishonest. There are plenty of better alternatives in the area.Updating my review based on owner’s reply: I decided to dispute the credit card charge after nearly two weeks went by and I saw no $30 credit. It was clear there was no intent to issue the credit. And of course the addition of highlights would increase the bill, but I’m not sure why getting highlights would result in an increase of the cost of base color (this apparently went from $65 to 90). I was initially told highlights include gloss treatment. Then, I assume to justify the additional charges, I was told while highlights alone include gloss, by getting color and highlights, I now had to pay extra for gloss.I know how much a negative review can hurt a business, so I tried to resolve this with the owner over the phone but to no avail.Services: Hair coloring, HairstylingI tried this hair salon a few times recently. I tried this hair salon a few times recently. Services are okay but very overpriced considering what other salons in the area charge, even those that are known to be the high-end salons in the area. I spoke to the owner about the prices and initially he quoted me a lower price then called back and apparently changed his mind. He eventually agreed to credit me $30 but never did.
