Be aware that the company that had the contract for this salon lost it on a recompete, new owners took over the beginning of November 2022, and the prior employees left. (Which if you know anything about the Army and contracts, tells me they probably lowballed the offer and didn’t want to pay the proven employees.) The new owners furthermore apparently decided to throw out the appointment book, no doubt hoping that people who walked in for a scheduled appointment would simply rebook. The prior employees notified as many as they could but I missed it as I was traveling. My situation was resolved easily enough once I was home, but I think it is pretty poor of the new owners to just blow off what I think was a decent customer base. Certainly I have no plans to go back there.
