This place is terrible. I had called this place for a haircut and had asked if one of the hair dressers, Tammy was still working there. I do not usually come here but Tammy had done a great job before so I decided to give it a shot. The owner picked up the call and said that yes, Tammy works here and you can come in at 11 am. I drove all the way to the salon only to realize that the owner, Alisha or whatever had LIED! Tammy hadn’t worked there for over a year and she lied and she said that it was to ‘lure me in’ because she knew that I would not step foot into this salon if Tammy wasn’t there.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the manager was super annoying, her prices said like $8 for eyebrows outside on her sign and she said she now charges $12. I was hesitant to get my eyebrows done and I was right I mentioned i wanted it to just get cleaned but she changed my eyebrow shape and made them thin. I had thick eyebrows naturally and a natural arch. Despite me telling her I just wanted a clean up and not an eyebrow shaping and specifically saying a clean up she curved up my eyebrows and thinned them out. When she showed me one eyebrow after doing it I was shocked and said this was thinner that I expected and she goes to say my natural eyebrow is ugly. Like huh? I am a nice person and say no it’s okay I sit back and although both eyebrows were identical and stuff she didn’t care about my opinion and Charged us more then . Stated. Won’t be coming here EVER again manager just doesn’t care about customers tbh

Worst experience, I had gotten my eyebrows done which the OWNER did a terrible job on they weren’t even in shape! She went on to tell me how my hair color wasn’t pretty, and I need a red hair dye I said no thanks! But she kept BADGERING me, made me feel ugly, and awkward, she also said that I have a tan on and I need a CBD facial and that I agreed to to. She started talk to other customer saying things about me. AND I CAN HEAR HER. Worst service and very sad owner! Will never return here again

Other workers are fine and have no problem. But the owner Ms. Alisha, she really needs to fix her professionalism and attitude completely. She is relentless in pushing services that are not even satisfactory, and she will go to very rude extents to push them. My young girl who is about 20 would go for threading and she would try to push her to partake in other treatments and services and make very very rude comments and remarks as a means of trying to convince her, calling her lazy for not “prioritizing her beauty” and making endless remarks throughout the service. She upcharges if you do give in to the pressure of her relentless pushing, which sometimes we would succumb to because she would drive us nuts. She forced a facial treatment once and get this- it was simply putting Jolen bleach cream (???!!!) all over my daughter’s face and because she was multitasking and prioritizing other customers, she left that bleach on her face for nearly 2 hours and then when all customers left, just washed it off in her corner bathroom and called that a $50 facial…

I always love to go here to cut my hair because the Sofia is good at cutting my hair. She knows exactly the kind of style I want. Three weeks ago I went to cut my hair and for some reasons after I cut my hair the owner came to me and said. Did you know we raise the price of our hair cuts for men. And I was like no. She look back to Sofia and said, why didn’t you tell him that the hair cut price is change. Sofia was kinda shocked and didn’t even knows this. I was like, hey don’t worry about it I will still pays it. For some reason I thought she going to charged me $10 or so but it almost double the amount of $7.99 for a hair cut. She charge me $13.00 and I tip $6.00. I was like okay let me call back in 5 minutes to confirm the pricing of me n hair cut. I called back and she said it is $7.99. I was so mad and I hang up right away. This owner needs to be honest with her fees no matter what. I alway drove from Missouri City to go here because of my pool experience with Sofia. However the owner is killing her own business, overcharging and take advantage of people instead of being honest. I’m not going here anymore and I’m so sorry Sofia my favorite person to cut my hair. Even in-front of her store display men hair cut pricing of $7.99 but I’m too nice and that’s why she did that to me.
