The owner, her daughter, the receptionist were all so nice and caring! I came in with an EMERGENCY! I bleached and turned my hair green! Everyone was booked but they were able to squeeze me in and they completely transformed my hair! It was a traumatic experience but they were truly angels that helped me and made me feel so wonderful! Worst experience I ever had. She fried my hair and chopped it to shreds. No apologies just excuses. She was in a hurry, had her daughter waiting and cared not to fix the problem. Chopped one side so short and didn’t even fix the other side to match. I’m still trying to get over it and it’s been over two weeks. I’m sad that the owner himself did not want to touch my hair knowing it was so badly damaged, and the fact they were closing up like they didn’t have time or want to fix it and make it right. I left in tears and still got excuses for her negligence. Very unhappy to say the least.
