Had been going here for years. Made an appointment for 9:30 am a week in advance. Walked in at 9:30 and the stylist took someone else to the chair, and after waiting 15 minutes, I walked out. Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Never going back there again. I am sure that it was just that stylist but overall disappointed.
