Positive: Cleanliness, ValueEven though it was late they took us at last minute and didn’t have to wait much. Place is clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I will suggest is advice clients that once you cut the hair, it’ll look shorter (I know is common sense but many of us forget). We still loved our haircuts Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in and had a bunch of knots in my hair because I had a sew in before. When I came in the manager thought I didn’t know any Spanish. One of the workers were detangling my hair and the manager came next to me and said in Spanish “ it’s too many knots we should tell her to go somewhere else.” The lady washing my hair said no it’s fine she can detangle it. It took almost 3 hours because I was left waiting after the dryer while she completely shaved and groomed a man who simply walked in; they didn’t understand how to service mixed hair type and charged me $65 for a wash and set and ends of hair trimmed. I have short hair and went in for a wash and set and clip my ends. It took almost 3 hours because I was left waiting after the dryer while she completely shaved and groomed a man who simply walked in; they didn’t understand how to service mixed hair type and charged me $65 for a wash and set and ends of hair trimmed. I will never go back, very unprofessional.
