Everyone else was nice at this studio except for SCARLET. She did my sisters hair (13yr) we, understandable that the color was difficult she told us “to come back and she dye it and do it for free” (essentially she knew she did a bad job and offers free service as a cover up) after 3 DAYS when her hair started to fall out and the color was in fact coming off we told her it was a bad job she proceeded to come at us and get emotional about her bad job telling us that it was my sister fault the hair turned out like this (my mother got her hair done the same day and the color is in fact holding but it is damaged that not that complaint though) after calling her about her bad job she was completely and utterly unprofessional she can’t take criticism and she becomes emotional instead of being a “professional” witch is what she labels her self as. She is quite the opposite. All around bad service from her after we reached out to her and asked her to fix her bad job. I hope god blesses her and learns to take criticism when things happen.

Critical: Quality, ValueGot my hair done by Krystal and absolutely hated it. Was definitely NOT what I ask for. I showed pics of exactly what I wanted ( a prior hair color and cut of my own from 1 yr prior – not a celebrity unrealistic cut or color). I ask her prior to the apt if she felt comfortable with what I was asking for and she was confident she could do it. Not even close. I hated paying almost $300 (including cash for tip) for something I hated so much but I am not the kind to not pay for a service I had already received.Definitely not a fake review as listed by the owner in the comments below. I brought my husband in for a haircut without an appointment and the sweet hair dresser had no issues getting us in. She asked lots of questions and made sure he felt comfortable and liked the way his hair looked. I thought it was great that she took her time. She was so kind and professional!
