I’m just saying that whoever answers the phone could act a little bit more like she wants to help people instead of making people feel like they are an I convince to her time. Maybe hire a receptionist to keep you on task so you don’t get annoyed by people calling and wanting service. She didn’t know this but I had $800.00 to spend on my hair that month and she blew me off. Nobody is perfect and I guess we all have bad days.
