Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst off I would give this place absolutely no stars, it would be a waste. I never tend to write bad reviews, but this is unacceptable. She wanted a blueish gray coloring to her hair and we understand that the colors can’t be exact. Took about 4 1/2hrs, reasonable. The front seemed alright, disregarding the difference in the color she wanted, but the back was terrifying. There were chunks of hair just falling out without even pulling it with force. We obviously went back, and the male who did her hair did not seem have any sympathy, just saying it was due to the amount of bleach put onto her hair, which was about 3 times.This was the first time I have ever heard a professional hair stylist say this to me. It’s a given fact that bleach could possibly damage the hair, but her hair seemed to be burnt off and bushy, which made no sense on his explanation. He did not seem to care about her hair what so ever. The funnier thing was he tried to style the burnt and bushy hair, but made it worse. Not sure if they are able to color hair. Oh, he even buzzed some hair off that she did not ask. I don’t know what he did to her hair, but this is not a professionals work. Unfortunately, we will be never ever going back.
