I was greeted by the most friendly stylist named Jessica and despite the fact that I did not have an appointment she was very accommodating and squeezed me in. The whole staff is professional and friendly and it feels more like you are walking into somebody’s family room than a salon. Extremely happy with my cut and invite everyone to go see for themselves. I was traumatized. It’s been four months and I’m still waiting for my ugly haircut to grow out! I was very careful in explaining my instructions. I asked for a shoulder length choppy cut, and the woman gave me something that looked like a pixie, cutting the sides all the way up to my earlobe. It was a traumatic experience, and brought back my longstanding fear of hairdressers. I will never have another human cut my hair ever again. With all the tutorials on YouTube, I’ll just cut it myself. I’m never going back.
