Critical: ProfessionalismWell, I’ve had my haircut there twice previously. Didn’t quite leave as much on top as I like. This past Monday, 04/19, I called and left a message to get back to me about an appointment on Saturday, 04/24. No return call. Called again on 04/23, and again, left a message for an appointment on 04/24. Again, no return call. They’re lucky that I even wanted them to cut my hair again, as it’s been a nightmare, finding a decent stylist. Unprofessional, to not return calls from a repeat customer. Well, I’ve had my haircut there twice previously. Didn’t quite leave as much on top as I like. This past Monday, 04/19, I called and left a message to get back to me about an appointment on Saturday, 04/24. No return call.
