I always come here to get my hair done. Whether it’s trimming or hair coloring, I think Jessie does a great job with my hair. Jessie is an extremely considerate and attentive hairstylist, where she makes sure your hairstyle turns out with the best result possible. She always recommends you to use the better products so it will damage the hair less and allow it to be healthier. I would recommend to schedule an appointment because they do get busy. And to note, they charge differently for different customers depending on the hair; people with longer hair would cost more since it takes longer to complete the haircut. In my opinion, the prices here are reasonable and affordable because the results you get pays out. I would also say to tip your hairstylist or barber since this is customer service and it would show a sign of respect doing so. Overall, I really like the results I get here.

I’ve patronized this salon for months, as a repeat customer. It’s a neighborhood store, inexpensive and friendly, location convenient for one stop shopping before or after grabbing a bite and grocery shopping. Rex is my favorite and the rest of the fellow staff are also personable and accommodating. Although not a pretentious and overpriced place, they would take care of customers to the tee, ideally at non peak hours or reserving appointments ahead of time. They won’t overbook and rush through. And make sure to show gestures of appreciation the America way, when the job is done!

I’m a guy. So, I had the plandemic hair and it is a bit past my shoulders. I wanted to try this place out and see if they are any good. The lady sat me down and asked me what kind of cut I wanted. I showed her a picture of what I was looking to get. So, she started cutting a big chunk of my semi-long hair to start with and it was going well. During the cutting process, she decided to do some fancy scissor cutting which was not necessary. Cause, in the end, she had to use the buzzer to cut it shorter. When it was all done, I was about ready to pay her. She told me it will be 4 bucks more than what I thought it would be. The original price was 16 dollars but charged me 20 dollars instead. Her excuse was my hair was long. I would understand if I wanted to keep the length a bit and have it cut in a specific way. And I wanted a short haircut to start with. The lady could have let me know ahead of time what she will be charging, so I wouldn’t be surprised in the end. And the icing on the cake was, that she was begging for me to give her a tip. So gross when people beg for a tip. I would never go back.
