It was my first time coming to this hair salon and I was quite disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I get there I am assigned to a lady and she barely even greets me. There is no conversation whatsoever and the way she proceeds with combing and parting the hair is aggressive. I nearly lost a piercing by how aggressive she kept combing over it. The prices are as it is pretty high but they do the job. I would just not advise someone new to check this place. It is not worth it.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOk this salon is HELL to say the least. I payed $400 dollars to fry my hair. Complete fried to a crisp. I had to cut over 8 inches to my shoulders and I can still have damaged going up to my roots. This is not about money it’s about their lack of knowledge for hair care. Bleach is only supposed to be on the hair for 30 mins I was in foils for 3hrs. The lady said you have to come with time I was there for 5+ hrs it was ridiculous. I’m only went because this salon had good reviews. I’m so devastated I have to regrow my hair. Stay away and find a professional salon. I asked for a trim, I specifically told the lady I did not want my hair shorter than it already was and she probably cut off 2 inches. She thinned out my hair sooooo much also. Did not give my front hair any shape to my face either. For what? To pay $40 for a hair cut? This was my first time here and probably my last. Waste of money, spend an HOUR doing my TRIM. I should’ve just waited for my the girl who does my hair to come back to town.

I was charged $400 !!! I asked why, they said it was extra for tip!!! I said I can’t tip that much, and they said they couldn’t take it off the screen. That I had to pay that amount. My mom and I got our hair and makeup done back in March and it was amazing! Excellent service! Olga did amazing with my makeup, did not even have to tell her what I wanted it was like she already knew! I will definately be making future appointments for hair and makeup for my engagement photo session and wedding 🙂
