This is a very professional place yet makes you feel at home. I have been going to Vanessa she is a miracle worker. You show her a pic, u got it. She does it exactly the way it looks. I love her hair cuts too. I’ve dealt with so many hairdressers over the years and she is IT. She takes time with your hair and cares about your hair asuch as you do. Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot Professional!!My sister got highlights in her hair, and idk what they did wrong. I have to agree that the owner is not a people person and not friendly. She is the business owner yet she does not greet you when you walk in if you’re not a regular. I have been there a few times and was referred by a friend but we both stopped going. I know they don’t need my business but they should act like they care about their customers and my business. I did love Vanessa and Linda, they were both professional and nice. I would still go there if I did not feel like an outcast when I went. The hair, color, highlights, and cut were amazing but I feel that professionalism and etiquette are just as important and it is well below par here. They have open conversations about this person, that person, trash people and sometimes their relationships but I go to a salon for a relaxing and peaceful experience not to hear someone complain and go off about their medical problems, how being on their feet hurts (especially when you’re doing someone’s hair on your feet!) how much your boo is spending or how he sucks but sent you a gift, he knows better because he’s whipped attitude. Just so disrespectful and unprofessional! Again the quality of work is good but the professionalism is NOT! Grown up ladies!

How many hair salons offer free bang trims in between hair cuts? They also trim up your neck if you ask. I’ve also never gotten a haircut that I didn’t like from there. Oh, and I almost forgot. Their prices are very reasonable.

Hair Solutions is the only hair salon I go to at this point, as it’s the only salon I’ve ever been to at which the quality of the haircut is top-notch regardless of the stylist assigned to style your hair! I have several cowlicks that have historically caused problems for stylists, but the folks at Hair Solutions always take care to cut my hair in such a way that it doesn’t stick up.
